These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prestige Diamond investment platform ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use this Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate, complete, and current registration information;
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
All activity that occurs under your account;
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Prestige Diamond reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain false information or to have engaged in fraudulent activity.

3. Investment Programs

Prestige Diamond offers structured investment programs backed by collateral-secured lending arrangements. All investment plans, cycle terms, and return structures are described within the Platform and are subject to change with prior notice.

Returns are structured per cycle as described at the time of investment;
Investment cycles run on working days only (Monday to Friday);
Minimum investment amounts and plan eligibility are defined per plan;
Proof of payment must be submitted following investment approval;
Activation of an investment is subject to admin review and verification.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with your active plan's cycle terms. All withdrawals are subject to admin approval and verification. Prestige Diamond reserves the right to delay or deny a withdrawal request if there are legitimate grounds to do so, including but not limited to suspected fraud or incomplete account information.

5. Referral Program

Prestige Diamond operates a referral program that may reward you for introducing new investors. Referral bonuses are credited at the time an investment under your referral is activated. Referral earnings are non-transferable and are subject to the referral terms in force at the time of the qualifying investment.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws;
Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access;
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent proof of payment;
Create multiple accounts to manipulate referral programs or bonuses;
Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Prestige Diamond or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prestige Diamond and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have invested in your currently active plan at the time of the claim.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via a platform announcement or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration.
